Instructors

An event must have at least one instructor. With schools and organisations that climb frequently, we do make exceptions.

You can be max 6 participants per instructor when rope climbing, abseiling and using autobelays (max 8 participants per instructor when bouldering only).

If you are more than 12 participants, there is flexibility in pricing if we plan the use of instructors together. Contact Klatreverket to make plans >

KR 740 per hour per instructor.
If you bring your own instructor(s), they must be participant(s) - not getting payed for the instruction.

On a weekday - if the event finishes before 16.00, you will have 25% off the total amount. Schools and institutions get 30% off.

Terms and conditions

Before you visit, everyone need to sign our Legal Notice. The notice describes the terms of use and responsibilities while visiting.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 8 days before the event date. Half of the sum is invoiced if you cancel between 8 and 3 days. If you cancel less than 3 days before the event date, 100% is invoiced.

The number of attending participants affects the price

Please give us a notice at least 4 days ahead, in order to get the price adjusted due to fewer participants.

If more participants have joined the event, you must notify us as soon as possible in case we need  more instructors. One instructor is responsible for a maximum of 6 participants when rope climbing and 8 participants if it is bouldering only.

We reserve the right to change the course date if illness or unforeseen reasons occur at our end.
