We are looking for a motivated and skilled route setter for an 80% position, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
This position will primarily focus on bouldering, though experience with rope setting is an advantage. You will work across our four gyms in Oslo, creating varied, creative, and challenging routes for all user groups — from children’s climbs to competition-style settings.
This is a physically demanding role with high expectations for both quality and safety. We are looking for someone who thrives with responsibility and takes pride in their craft.
